Our practice integrates multiple psychotherapeutic modalities to develop a personalized approach to treatment interweaving techniques from Attachment Theory, Psychodynamics, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Practice and Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques.
